Intelligenes successfully implements RMS – Phase 1 for British Petroleum |

British Petroleum’s new campaign “Castrol Champion” has been automated by Intelligenes’ Rewards Management System for the complete rewards inventory, recording, claims, and delivery processes. The first phase of the application has been successfully implemented at BP. The next phase of the application will automate the call centre and internal customer relationship functions of the campaign. The finalized solution will provide an interface to the company to manage the sales performance of the retailers, offer them rewards, manage upcoming campaigns and other loyalty programs. |
