Alexxo Servicedesk successfully implemented at Faysal Bank

Intelligenes custom developed servicedesk Alexxo has been successfully implemented and launched at Faysal Bank. Alexxo is an IT Service Management System that helps Faysal Bank manage its IT services, applications, users and underlying data. Alexxo is complete suite based on ITIL best practices. We have also integrated Active Directory and Lotus Notes for Fasyal Bank. Currently we are working on the second phase of customization for Fasyal Bank mainly comprising of Network and HR Systems integration and Workflows automation.
